Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to 52 countries. You can enter any address that is a valid postal address in one of these countries. And, of course, you can set up and maintain an unlimited number of delivery and invoice addresses on your account. Check at the end of this page, whether your country is among the countries we deliver to.

How much is the delivery?

Find out without submitting your order:

Our system will calculate the delivery charge for you, based on your delivery address and the weight of your items. Prepare your order by placing the products in your shopping basket and proceed to the checkout.

The system will tell offer you one or several delivery methods with the respective prices.

What is our returns policy?

If you are a consumer, you have the right within 7 working days of delivery of goods to cancel the contract by letter (by hand or post), fax or email. If you cancel, you must return the goods together with the invoice to the above address at your expense. We will deduct the direct costs of recovery from the credit card refund if you do not comply or if you return them at our expense. If the goods are damaged at arrival, you normally don't need to pay for returning them - check the terms and conditions.

How quickly do I get my goods?

When you place your products in the shopping basket and proceed to the checkout, you can see the estimated dispatch date of your order. You can then still cancel the order – it will only be processed if you click on “submit order”.

We make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. With a catalogue of over 30,000 products, it is not always possible to get your order together as soon as we would like, but you can always check the progress of your order online (see order tracking).
