Unfortunately, delivery times can vary greatly without us being able to influence them. Within the UK, we use Royal Mail services. Abroad, we try to send your order via Air Mail, but in some cases (mostly orders over 2kg or aerosols), orders have to go surface mail. When air mail can be used, your order may be with you as soon as 5-10 working days.
As the quality of postal services varies from case to case, we have to look at claims for lost orders on an individual basis. Within the UK, we usually assume that an order is lost, if it has not reached you within 3 weeks from dispatch. Thankfully, many orders are delivered within 1-3 working days from dispatch, though.
