We have made it very simple for you to cancel an item after you have placed your order. You can do so until your order status changes to DISPATCHED.
Here is a step-by-step instruction of how to cancel an item from an existing order:
Log on to Auravita with your user name and password.
Click on the checkbox for the item or items you
want to cancel and then click on the button CANCEL SELECTED ITEMS:

A new window will pop up to ask you to confirm
the cancellation of the item/items. Click OK if you want to confirm:

A confirmation will be displayed that your cancellation
request has been received:
