You can check the status of your order online:
Log on to your account, click ORDERS in the orders
bar at the top of the page and select the order your want to track.

The status of the order will be displayed under the order number in
a field called "Current Status".

If there is a delay in getting one or several
products, a note will specify reasons for the delay and an expected dispatch
date. This will either be a general order note in a box underneath the
delivery address or an individual note to a product in the section "Order
Details".
If your order is not current anymore, you can
view it by clicking on MY ACCOUNT in the navigation bar at the top of
the page and then click on SELECT PURCHASE ORDERS.


Click on VIEW next to TOTAL PURCHASE ORDERS to display an overview
of all orders you have placed in the past.
