You sent the wrong products!

We make every effort to fulfill each of our orders correctly, but with so many orders being processed every day, unfortunately it does happen occasionally that we send out the wrong one.

Once you have confirmed that we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us and request a returns envelope from us. Such pre-paid envelopes are available to our UK customers. If you don't live in the UK, we need to come to a different arrangement. Please contact us by e-mail (or telephone) to let us know which products are the wrong ones. Please remember to mention the order number in your e-mail!

Please do not return products to us without contacting us first. We will not be able to refund postage in such cases!

Once the goods arrive in our warehouse, we will verify that they are not the goods you ordered and we will then proceed as advised by you, i.e. either refund you without delay or source the correct goods and dispatch them to you.
