We do not charge you until your order is dispatched. Thus, there is no refund necessary, if your order has been cancelled, as you will not be charged.
Your online credit card statement may sometimes show the order amount as "reserved", which happens earlier in the ordering process. This reservation will disappear after a few days automatically.
