When you purchase certain products on Auravita.com, you can earn "Credit Back" that
will be saved in your
"Credit Back" Account, to spend on future orders. For this;
You must have a Registered Account on Auravita.com to use this feature.
You can still purchase on Auravita.com without a Registered Account, however you
will not earn "Credit Back".
Earning Credit Back happens in the following stages:
a. When you place an order for Credit Back products, it will show as Pending CreditBack
on your Statement.
b. When your order is Dispatched and Paid, it will show as Earned CreditBack on
your statement within 24 hours.
c. It is then available for you to spend on future orders.
To spend your Credit Back
a. Log on to your Account.
b. Add items to your basket, and go to the Basket Page.
c. If you have available Credit Back it will be displayed on this page.
d. Enter the amount you wish to spend in the field provided.
e. Your Basket Total will be updated.
f. Proceed to checkout as normal.
a. What happens when an Order or Item is cancelled?
You will not earn any Credit Back for cancelled orders or items.
b. How do you treat earned Credit Back with Returns?
Any associated Credit Back will be reversed.
c. What is the maximum Credit Back I can redeem on an order.
You can redeem as much as you want as long as the minimum net amount due is at least £1.
d. Does Credit Back earned Expire?
Yes, if you do not use any Credit Back Earned within 12 months of earning it, it will expire, and you will be unable to redeem it.
e. Can I transfer my Credit Back to someone else?
No. Credit Back can only be redeemed by the Account Holder.
f. Do I have to Register to use Credit Back?
Yes, in order to receive Credit Back and therefore redeem Credit back, you must
have a registered account.
