- – How to Search our Catalogue
There are three main ways of finding items on Auravita.com:
By Search: Using the Search Box: Entering the precise product name or keywords that best describe the item you would like to view, e.g. L'Oreal Elvive Shampoo, John Frieda Conditioner, Moisturising Shampoo or Lice Treatment.
It is also possible to search for items by entering the Auravita Product Code (or H Code), e.g. JANA10000.
By Brand: Selecting the name of the brand you wish to view using the Brand Shopping filter at the top of each page, e.g. Avalon Organics, Avent, Braun or Weleda.
By Category: Selecting the category you wish to view using the Shop Departments filters at the top of each page.
The main categories are Health & Beauty, Children´s Shop, Food & Drink, Kitchen Shop, Household, Sports Shop and Promotions.
For your convenience our search mechanism accommodates both broad and specific search terms. However it is important to note that broad search terms return a higher volume of search results, it is therefore sometimes necessary to further refine your search using the brand, category and price range filters.
When placing your first order you are given the option of opting in or out of registering/creating an account with us. Although registration is not mandatory - registered customers enjoy additional benefits such as being able to manage their accounts online, amend pending orders, view order history, place repeat orders, create shopping lists and receive information on current promotions and special offers.
As part of our ordering process you are required to select a payment option and provide payment information. For your convenience and additional security we currently offer the following payment methods:
- Debit/Credit Card - We only accept Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, MasterCard
- Bank Transfer
Please note that we will not deduct the funds from your card until your order has been dispatched.
- – Placing Your First Order
Placing an order on Auravita.com is straightforward, it follows the three basic steps of traditional supermarket shopping: Find Items -> Add to Shopping Basket -> Proceed to Checkout.
At the checkout you are required to select a payment option and provide delivery information, you are also given the option of registering/creating an account with us. To complete the ordering process you need to review and accept our terms and conditions before submitting your order. You would then receive an email from us acknowledging your order and confirming your order summary.
