If you have forgotten the password associated to your Auravita.com account, simply click on the Forgot Your Password tab on the Login page. This takes you to our Password Assistance page where you are required to verify and submit your email address. We will then send you an email with step-by-step instructions on how to change your password online.

As part of our ordering process and in compliance with UK Consumer Legislation it is necessary to collect certain personal information (e.g. full name, email address, billing and delivery addresses) to facilitate seamless online transactions. All the information we collect from you is safely stored on secure dedicated servers governed by strict polices and procedures.

As a matter of policy we use the highest level of security encryption technology commercially available to secure and exchange information as it is sent across the web.
For additional security to view any private information on the site you will always be required to log on with your user name and password. When you are logged on we use session cookies to ensure that only you can view your personal information, such pages are displayed via a secure SSL connection. It is important that you keep the personal details registered to your Auravita account up-to-date. Especially details such as changes to your name, phone number, billing and delivery addresses.
To edit/update your account details you would need to log into your account by clicking on the My Account link in the top right corner of the website. Once you have successfully logged in you will be redirected to the My Account page where you can select the information you would like to edit: My Details (title, name, email address, telephone number and password) or Address Book (billing and delivery addresses)
