The most exclusive of all teas, White tea is the uppermost leaves of the tea plant, plucked by hand during the first few weeks of spring and lightly steamed, it's rich in protective antioxidants. To compliment a special tea we chose the flavors of Californian oranges and Meyer lemons, we think you'll find they're a little sweeter.

Hot Tea: Steep one tea bag in a cup of near boiling water for three minutes, add sweetener if desired.

Iced Tea: Pour 2 cups of near boiling water over 6 bags in a quart container. Let steep for 8-10 minutes. Add 2 cups of cold water. Pour over ice.
