Directions

Step 1
Use the Gum as directed for three months.

Step 2
After 3 months cut down the number of gums chewed per day

Chewing Gum
1. Chew slowly until the taste is strong
2. Rest the piece of chewing gum between gum and cheek
3. Chew again when taste has faded
4. Repeat the process up to 30 minutes
