time has come for Total Effects Hand Treatment. Your hands will be velvety soft and silky to the touch, and your skin so much smoother, you will never want to do without it again.
Before starting your Total Effects Had Treatment, remove all your rings and wash your hands. Whenever possible, use only very mild products for washing hands. Make sure that the water is not too warm. The warmer the water, the more likely it is that your hands will dry out unnecessarily. Dry your hands thoroughly. Now you can start your Total Effects Hand Treatment.
Use the dispenser to place some of the cream on the back of your hand and then use the back of the other hand to rub it into the back of both hands. For best results, allow yourself a small hand massage.
Using the middle finger, index finger and thumb of your right hand, grasp the little finger of your left hand so that it is resting on the middle and index fingers. Using your thumb, massage the whole finger with gentle, circular movements, beginning at the wall of the nail. When you reach the knuckle, continue to massage the cream into the back of your whole hand using slightly larger, circular movements. Repeat for each finger on both hands. Finally, take another little bit of cream and apply it to the palms of your hands as usual.
By the way, this hand massage is even more enjoyable if you get your partner to do it for you. You can always return the favour.
