Instructions (2 Servings): Cooking Sauce - Cut 2 chicken breasts into 1" cubes. Add to a lightly oiled pan, cook over medium heat until sealed. Add sauce, cook for 1-2 mins. Reduce heat, cover & simmer for 15-20 mins stirring occasionally. Serve on a bed of rice or couscous. Pour over sauce: Pour sauce into pan and cook over medium heat for 4-5 mins stirring continuously. Pour over rice, couscous, jacket potatoes or as desired.
