I purchased this flour for my daughter. She found it very easy to cook with and when her recipe was complete, the dish turned out very light.

During the period November 2015 and March 2016 we have tried at least 4 different types of chestnut flour, two directly from Italy, and two sold in the UK. The one from Amisa, which comes in handy packets of 350 gr. was arguably the best. The taste was intense, the milling just perfect, not too fine, and the traditional Tuscan cake made with chestnut flour, a little sugar, extra virgin olive oil, some sultanas, peanuts and a sprinkling of rosemary came out perfect.
