- Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a half ladle of the pasta cooking water so that the pasta and sauce bind well together
- Without added sweeteners, preservatives, food colouring or flavourings.
HOW TO USE
Drain the pasta 2 minutes before the end of cooking time and stir-fry over high heat with the Biagi sauce
- Add, if desired, grated cheese only a few minutes before serving.
You should not add cold sauce the hot pasta: heat the sauce in a bain-marie.
After opening, store in refrigerator for max 5 days.
- Continue to stir-fry the pasta to the point of optimum cooking
