This product didn't work for me as a sublingual product. I can't take vit C orally and wanted a product that was absorbed under the tongue. I used quarter of the recommended dose to try the product. It produced a lot of liquid under my tongue which I ended up swallowing so defeating the purpose of a sublingual product. It may work for some people but not for me.
