Holme Mills in Biggleswade has been at the heart of the Jordan family milling business for over 150 years. On the banks of the river Ivel, its wheel was turning and grinding flour right up until the late ‘90s. To us, it’s an important symbol of our integrity and passion for cereals, so we’ve kept it in the family – it’s now home to the site where our shop is, run by Bill & David’s mother, Mrs Pamela Jordan.
