500g of Gluten Free Hi-Fibre Bread Mix.
50g of Kelkin Flaxseed.
350mls of tepid water.
1 tsp of Kelkin Pumpkin Seeds.
3 tbsp of mixed herbs (preferably freshly chopped).
1 tsp of Kelkin Sunflower Seeds.
Dissolve the yeast into 350mls of water.
Mix in the bread mix and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil until a smooth batter is achieved.
Stir in the seed mix (Kelkin Flaxseed, Sunflower & Pumplin Seeds).
Divide mixture in half and place in 2 liberally greased loaf tins.
Cover with a damp cloth and allow to settle for about 45 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes or until well risen and firm to touch.
