    Kinetica Whey Protein contains BIOTEIN TM, an exclusive whey protein based complex, created using a unique blend of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and hydrolysed whey protein. Whey protein concentrate, produced by ultra-filtration technology, contains high levels of protein and branched chain amino acids (BCAAs). Whey protein isolate is the highest quality of protein, produced using cross-flow-micro-filtration. Hydrolysed whey protein is a pre-digested protein enzymatically broken down into peptides. These high biological value and easily digested proteins support the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Uniquely at Kinetica, we manufacture all of our own proteins in our state-of-the–art dairy manufacturing facility and maintain full control over supply and selection, to ensure that the highest quality whey proteins are available to you. Kinetica Whey Protein provides 5.7g of naturally occurring BCCAs per serving and includes the digestive enzyme Aminogen®. It contains natural flavours and colours only and makes a great tasting shake – just add to water or low-fat milk.   • Our Pilot Plant facilities replicate our ultra filtration, micro filtration, and spray drying plants. This allows us to produce small trials which replicate full-scale production. Hence, we can produce customised ingredients to meet our customer’s specific requirements, quickly and efficiently. High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) techniques are used to identify and quantify specific whey fractions and also estimate protein size which is important when analysing the molecular weight profiles of hydrolysed whey proteins. Texture analysis confirms the soft eating quality of our high protein bars. We use an ERH (Equilibrium Relative Humidity) meter to determine the microbiological shelf life of our products. Our expertise in sensory science and flavour chemistry, along with the trained panellists who taste each product we want to introduce to our range, guarantees that only great-tasting products make it outside our doors.
