Sort of works
Well I thought this would help with my runner beans for freezing, but it shreds too finely rather than slicing, and isn't quicker than doing them by hand. Good for the grandchildren to 'help' me and keep them busy! Wasn't expensive, but a bit of a mistake.

Kitchen Craft Rotary Bean Slicer With Suction Base
This Product is really excellent for the purpose it was created for, it slices the beans very well and has saved me a chore that I hate when doing it manually, I highly recommend this product.

Apalling Piece of Kit
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this bean slicer. The blades slice the beans up into small 'chunks' it invariably gets jammed, the suction fails and the slicer falls over. It was a complete waste of money. There is nothing 'good' to recommend this product.I am replacing it with a manual slicer costing £4.99

Replaced my ancient cast iron bean slicer which I had used for 40 years. I have found this product equally as good, easy to clean and simple to use
