Only olives that meet the standards considered fundamental to obtain the highest quality extra virgin olive oil are used. light with a hint of pepper

A light oil better suited as a dressing or for making mayonaisse. No distinct flavour. Good for shallow frying.

La Chinata olive oil

We have been using this oil for several years, for dressing, and general cooking. Its superb on bread. x5 1L tins lasts us about a year. The tins were well packed and delivery was prompt. Also at the best price we could find.
