Typically per tablet: L-5-Hydroxytrytophan 100mg (natural extract from the seeds of Griffonia simplicifolia)
Take up to 3 tablets daily, half an hour before meals or half an hour before bedtime or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed recommended daily dose5-HTP is best taken for periods of up to 3 months.
