- Lima rice is packed in specially designed, microperforated, two serving bags of 125g
- Just boil the bag in sufficient water
- After boiling, remove the bag from the pan, by using a fork or other tool
- Leave to drip for a few seconds and open the bag from the perforated incision on the side
