    How Mesorb works
Discharge and exudate is drained\r\n and transferred into Mesorb by the wound contact layer and the \r\ndiffusion layer. The highly-absorbent core absorbs exudate, while \r\nsimultaneously providing a good protective and ventilating wound \r\ncushion. The protective backing on the reverse side of the absorbent \r\ncore prevents clothes and bedlinen from being contaminated. As the \r\nbacking covers the sides of the dressing, it also prevents side leakage.

    \r\n\r\n

    Design
Mesorb is made of two layers of a \r\npermeable, smooth non-woven which ensures good skin compatibility and \r\nexudate permeability. The soft, thick fluff pulp core combines excellent\r\n absorption capacity with good protective cushioning and the \r\nair-permeable and fluid-repellent non woven backing provides an excellent\r\n exudate barrier.

    Mesorb is available in 10x10, 10x15, \r\n10x20, 15x20, 20x25 and 30x25 cm.
