Motichoor Ladoos, An exotic Indian dessert served across occasions.They are made out of besan boondi balls fried in oil and soaked in sugar syrup with a blend of nuts. The boondi is much smaller in size compare to boondi ladoos. Its made out of boondi batter and sugar syrup.
a generous pinch of saffron powder/kesar or crushed saffron,
black cardamoms/badi elaichi,
oil for deep frying,
a bit of oil or ghee for applying on the palms while shaping the ladoos
