A 5ml dose of Bio-Strath has an energy content of 76kj and contains 3.9g carbohydrates. Bio-Strath tablets are also available and have been shown to have the equivalent efficacy at the recommended dosage level.

One 5ml teaspoon of Bio-Strath Elixir three times a day with meals, either on its own, or mixed with juice if preferred. Alternatively chew or swallow one tablet three times a day and follow with a little cold water.
