Pack contains 16 chunky and spicy American cookies... flavoured with a subtle balance of real ginger and real vanilla (not artificial vanillin). They are delicious with a light texture, and are made with Ener-G Egg Replacer instead of eggs, making them ideal for those allergic to egg. Ener-G Ginger Cookies are a treat for everyone and not just for those on restricted diets. They are sweetened with evaporated sugar cane juice (not refined white sugar), and the oil used is cold pressed safflower oil which is low in saturates.
