Natural breads made Naturally
A delicious and nutritious range of Sprouted Wheat, Rye and Spelt Breads that are also low fat.
Baked with the benefits of the wholegrain, these high fibre breads are highly nutritious, traditional,
filling and delicious, with nearly twice the fibre of normal everyday breads.
Our Rye breads are wheat free. The rye is stoneground on site and the breads are low in gluten and yeast free.
Best served slightly warmed they are delicious with cheese or sliced meats.
