Health Aid Selenium 200ug-60 Tablets

Selenium is an essential trace element utilised by the body’s immune system to form part of an enzyme system that helps maintain and protect tissue cells against oxidative damage caused by free radicals.

Selenium helps in the maintenance of a healthy heart, liver and prostate. Also helps maintain tissue elasticity.

HealthAid Selenium is specially formulated using organic l-Selenomethionine. This natural form occurs in vegetables and enhances absorption to allow maximum utilisation of Selenium by the body.

There are no known contra indications at the recommended intake.

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily. Can be increased to two dailies if advised by a suitably qualified person.
