- A Kitchen must have!
- I first saw this ginger grater on a Japanese cooking show and thought it looked like a well designed and useful tool. Very glad I coud get it online so quickly. I use ginger in my cooking frequently and I used to use a flat metal grater with holes. Now I only use this new tool and it dramatically improves the ease and speed of getting grated ginger or garlic or any grated vegetable ready. This has become my favourite tool in the kitchen.
