Lamberts Ascorbic Acid-250g Powder

Caution: Over 1000mg of vitamin C may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.

Vitamin C - 1000mg.

1 to 3 grams daily. 1/4 teaspoon = 1 gram.
