Omega Virgin Coconut Oil-454g Spread

Coconut oil is an ideal, healthy alternative spread, and perfect for baking, stir-frying and saute cooking, because it is stable (and free from toxic trans fatty acids or easily-rancified polyunsaturated oils). Instead coconut oil is rich in medium chain tryglycerides (MCTs) which digest easily and are an excellent source of energy and fuel for the body (and can even be used as part of a weight loss programme). Unlike saturated fats, e.g. butter, coconut oil does not raise cholesterol.

Use Organic Virgin Coconut Oil instead of butte or margerine. Or try it in biscuits, cakes, muffins and pie-crusts or add it to pancake batter. Virgin Coconut Oil has not been deodorised and retains the full flavour and aroma of coconut. It is non-dairy, vegan and suitable for a raw food diet.
