Does Seatone contain Glucosamine or Chondroitin Sulphate?
Small quantities of chondroitin sulphate and glycosaminoglycans (glucosamine is converted to glycosaminoglycans by the body) are naturally present in Green Lipped Mussel extract and contribute to the overall benefits of Seatone.

What is the difference between Seatone and Fish Oils?
Fish oil supplements are generally comprised of fats and fat soluble vitamins only, whereas Seatone contains a wider range of naturally present components, providing a broader spectrum of nutrients that may help maintain joint mobility.

Seatone is gentle on the stomach and can be taken alongside anti-inflammatory drugs or NSAID’s (such as aspirin or ibuprofen) if desired.

If your Doctor has advised you to consume a very low salt (sodium) or salt free diet you may prefer to avoid Seatone. The sodium content of Seatone is less than the sodium content in 2 slices of bread.

Seatone is not recommended for people with an allergy to shellfish or for sufferers of gout.

Take one to three capsules per day with a meal. Three capsules per day are recommended initially for the first 90 days. After this period dosage can be reduced to two and then one capsule per day.

SEATONE caspules can be taken all at once or throughout the day but should always be taken with a meal. The benefits of SEATONE are thought to build over time, therefore a regular intake is recommended.
