In the dishwasher, or by hand after having left the dish soak for 20 minutes to loosen off any burnt-on food,
you will have no problem for cleaning your dish. The perfectly smooth glaze will not leave any trace of food,
for impeccable hygiene. It is so hard, you can use special cleaning sponges. Use your usual washing-up liquid.
