Caffeine Free: To aid a healthier lifestyle, Twinings Infusions are all naturally caffeine free. So they're perfect if you're cutting out caffeine, suffering from sleepless nights or expecting a baby*.

Low Calorie: Our infusions contain few calories. Typically a serving contains 16 kj/4 kcal. The calories are present due to the naturally occurring sugars found in the fruit pieces we use - we do not add any sugar or sweeteners at any time. We do not measure each individual blend for calories since the count is so small.

Low Carbohydrate: Our infusions do contain carbohydrates. They come principally from the sugar in fruit pieces and from the starch that is used as a base for our flavours.
The exact quantity of carbohydrate varies from one infusion to another. Pure herbs such as Camomile and Peppermint contain virtually none, whilst Twinings' fruitier infusions contain the most. Generally, our infusions contain less than 1g of carbohydrate per serving.

GM and Gluten Free: When it comes to GM and Gluten, Twinings assure you complete peace of mind. All Twinings teas, herbal infusions and flavoured fruit infusions are 'gluten free'. Neither do they contain genetically modified raw materials or ingredients derived from genetically modified raw materials.

For the perfect cup of green tea, use water that has been boiled and allowed to cool off slightly, and brew for between 1 and 2 minutes, according to taste.

The Ethical Tea Partnership works to monitor conditions of tea production around the world to ensure that tea estates comply with the relevant laws and union agreements of their country in the areas of employment (including minimum age and wage levels); education; maternity; health and safety; housing and basic rights. The Ethical Tea Partnership strives to work in close partnership with tea producers and other stake holders to encourage open dialogue to ensure appropriate living and working conditions of tea estate workers and seek improvements where needed.
