Ben’s® Natural 100ml Spray is the latest addition to the range of Ben’s® Insect Repellents. Unlike the rest of the range, Ben’s® Natural does not contain DEET (diethyl-m-toluamide) but a natural compound derived from lemon eucalyptus.
Ben’s® Natural offers an effective alternative to DEET for repelling biting insects such as mosquitoes, midges and horseflies. It provides protection for up to 6 hours and is ideal for use by all the family. Its natural formula is pleasantly scented and kind to the skin which makes it ideal for use on children upwards of 12 months old.
Where and when should I choose Ben’s® Natural?
Ben’s® Natural is suitable for most European locations and would be the choice for people who prefer not to use chemical repellents or for young children. However, when travelling to areas where insect-borne diseases such as malaria, dengue fever and West Nile Virus are prevalent, we would strongly recommend the use of a Ben’s® product containing DEET. Ben’s® 100 provides this ultimate protection.

Despite the ambitious claims of some manufacturers of ‘natural’ products the fact remains that expert opinion continues to believe that no natural product is as effective as DEET.
