vertese™ Omega 3.6.9 capsules provide a balanced range of Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids in an optimal 2:1:1 ratio. Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids are needed by the body to help maintain a healthy heart and joints and to reflect the intake of fatty acids in a typical, healthy heart diet (such as that of Greenland Inuits).
vertese™ Omega Oil capsules come in packs of both 30's and 60's and each capsule contains 500mg of a balanced blend of seven plant oils which provide:
200mg of the Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acid, Alpha-Linolenic Acid ( ALA)
100mg of the Omega 6 Essential Fatty Acid, Linoleic Acid (LA)
100mg of the Omega 9 Fatty Acid, Oleic Acid (OL)
The capsules are made from cold pressed vegetable oils and contain 100% of the RDA of vitamin E. Vitamin E is an antioxidant which helps protect body fats from the harmful effects of excess free radicals. It can also help to maintain healthy looking skin.

Vertese™ is....?
A range of vitamin and mineral food supplements that contain absolutely NO gelatin. Instead, the capsule shell is made from vegetable starch making it suitable for vegetarians, vegans as well as those in ethnic communities who have specific dietary requirements. Indeed it is suitable for anyone who does not want to consume animal by-products, (please note however that Cod Liver Oil supplements in the range contain Cod Liver Oil from fish).
Gelatin is....?
A gelling agent made from animal ligament, skin, tendons, bones etc, usually cattle or pigs. Most soft capsules contain gelatin. However, the vertese™ range is completely gelatin FREE.
