Baby naturally controls milk flow
The Airflex Teat works with baby’s natural feeding rhythm. Your baby controls milk flow more like breastfeeding, which can help reduce overeating and spit-up.
A unique skirt system, with a built in one-way air valve at its base flexes to allow air into the bottle to prevent a vacuum, whilst milk flows at a pace that baby controls. This promotes healthy, active feeding and reduces colic.
You may hear the Airflex valve quietly working, but watch as the bubbles move away from the teat – that’s your guarantee that air is going into the bottle, not into baby’s tummy. The naturally shaped teat promotes proper latch-on and makes it easier to combine breast and bottle feeding.

AVENT was launched in 1984. AVENT radically redesigned the baby bottle to closely resemble the natural feeding process and give mothers the freedom to combine breast and bottlefeeding with ease, whether the bottles are used to give expressed breast milk or formula.

Queen's Awards
We are very proud to have recently received our fifth Queen’s Award for Enterprise – this time for continuous innovation and development of our baby feeding range over the past 20 years.
In 2000 we received two Queen’s Awards- one for International Trade and one for Innovation for the ISIS Breast Pump.
