Spirulina Platensis: a rich source of Protein, Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids, Fatty Acids, Trace Elements and the Carotenoids: ß-carotene, ß-cryptoxanthin and zeaxanthin.
Our pure Spirulina contains pure Spirulina Platensisa, a multicellular filamentous blue-green algae. Cultivated in covered and isolated ponding systems for optimum safety and sustainability. Water supplies and feed are regularly tested for the presence of heavy metals and potentially undesirable micro-organisms. The Spirulina is rapidly harvested and
dried in specially designed drying chambers to ensure the preservation of heat sensitive vitamins and carotenoids.
Our tablets are 100% pure Spirulina. A unique process allows the Spirulina to be directly compressed and tableted without the use of additives. Resulting tablets can therefore disintegrate much faster, thereby increasing the bio-availability of the nutrients.
Detoxification: Spirulina is used in detoxification programmes and provides an ideal natural aid to detoxification. Spirulinas unique combination of phytonutrients and chlorophyll provide a natural chelating and healing product with evidence of benefits to heavy metal chelation.
