Higher Nature’s MSM, an organic form of Sulphur, is sourced from tree bark; most companies supply petrochemical MSM.

One tablet typically provides:
MSM (methyl sulphonyl methane) 1000mg
One capsule typically provides:
MSM (methyl sulphonyl methane) 500mg

| Directions |
Tablets: Take 1-6 tablets (children over 8 years, 1 tablet) a day, with meals, building gradually.
Capsules: Take 1-12 capsules (children over 8 years, 1-2 capsules) a day, with meals, building gradually.
Drink extra water for the first few weeks of taking MSM. A daily multivitamin and Vitamin C are also recommended.
