Pre-training, clubbing or competition: Mix 1 scoop (50g) of Maximuscle Viper Extreme in 500ml (approx. 1 pint) of water using a 500ml Maximuscle water bottle. Sip over 60 minutes and stop drinking all fluids 20 minutes before training. During training, clubbing or competitions: Mix 1 scoop (approx. 50g) in 750ml (approx. 1.5 pints) of water.
