During the cold Winter months, the body’s organs embark upon a process of contraction, tightening on an energetic level. When the organs constrict, immune response becomes more sluggish and compromised, because there is reduced energetic protective flow (often referred to as ‘Chi Energy’) throughout the body and organs. She holds Certificates from the London School of Acupuncture and the Kailash Centre of Oriental Medicine.
She is currently studying with The Australasian College Of Health Sciences, USA to become registered as a medical herbalist.
