Sambucol® is a unique black elderberry extract intensely rich in immune-boosting flavonoids.

Certain flavonoids – anthocyanins – are found primarily in the pigments of dark blue and deep purple fruits such as the black elderberry. Recommended daily dose:
Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily
Children under 12: 5 ml (1 teaspoon)
For winter use:
Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily.
Children under 12: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily.
It is recommended that Sambucol® not be taken on an empty stomach and it is preferable to avoid ingestion of any dairy products 30 minutes before or after dose.
