Loading Regime (5 days)
5gms (1 heaped teaspoon), 4 times a day.
If over 220lbs body weight 5gms, 5-6 times a day.
Maintenance Regime
Up to 5gms, once a day. If over 220lbs body weight, up to 5gms twice a day. If a regular maintenance regime is maintained, reloading is unnecessary.
Creatine should be taken with plenty of fluid (water, non-citrus fruit juices) between meals.
