Made in France, these well balanced knives have blades made from a single piece of high carbon stainless steel that is precision ground and hand honed for a perfect cutting edge. It is based on the Sabatier forgings and is made to the highest standards with a lightly satined blade and handle. The knives have a full tang with fully forged blades, precision ground and hand honed. The dishwasher resistant handles are secured by 3 brass rivets. Three solid brass rivets secure the tough, high-density handle firmly to the blade for reliable, superior performance every time.
