All knives feature high carbon molybdenum stainless steel blades for superior edge retention and directly moulded-on polypropylene handles that meet all current and pending hygiene regulations.

Many feature a safe-grip handle which protects the fingers from the blade whilst eliminating slippage.

We also offer colour coding as an option on many of the knives to conform to the needs of the food industry.
