The Chantry Classic knife sharpener has become one of our most enduring products.
It reproduces the action of a butcher’s steel and automatically ensures the correct edge angle is applied equally to both sides of the blade. The steels revolve under tension and do not wear away the blade.
The base has holes which allow the sharpener to be secured to a surface for even safer sharpening and to ensure it’s easy to find in a busy kitchen.
Suitable for knives with plain or serrated edges. No batteries are required and the steels are easily replaceable.
