We select only first class whole grains which have been organically grown for our range of Morning Puffs breakfast cereals. The outer husk is removed and we puff the grains by heating them to a very high temperature inside a sealed drum. This special process produces a puff ball, helping to preserve the original shape of the grain and to maintain maximum nutritional content. It also gives the grain a delicious roasted flavour.
All our cereals are free from added salt, sugars, artificial flavours and colours. They contain only the natural grain with nothing else added, and are naturally cholesterol and sodium free, and low in saturated fat content.
A wheat and gluten free mix of unsweetened millet, rice and buckwheat.
Gluten Free, Wheat Free, No Added Sugar.

At Big Oz we believe in using the traditional method of puffing and coating our grains. It means that we can take only the whole grain and heat it to a very high temperature inside a sealed drum, producing a ‘puff ball’ when the pressure is released. We coat the puffed grains by tumbling them in a large drum, adding our heated syrup, and drying them with hot and cold air. The process helps to retain maximum nutritional content, and keep the original shape of the grain. It also helps to retain the dietary fibre in the cereals.
