VITAMIN B1

VITAMIN B3
Vitamin B3 is involved in the key biochemical pathways of energy metabolism such as glycolysis and is vital for the health of all body systems. It is of particular importance in the process of red blood cell formation, circulation and health of the nervous system.
VITAMIN B5
Pantothenic Acid is essential for the synthesis of fatty acids, modification of proteins and the production of energy from foods. Vitamin B5 is used in the production of the corticosteroid hormones in the adrenal gland and it is required in greater amounts during periods of stress.
VITAMIN B6

PARA-AMINOBENZOIC ACID
PABA is required for the production of Folic Acid and Pantothenic acid in the body and is involved in the breakdown and utilization of proteins and in the formation of red blood cells. PABA plays an important role in determining skin health, hair pigmentation, and health of the intestines.
CHOLINE BITARTRATE
Choline is an essential nutrient needed for cell membrane integrity, cholesterol metabolism, hormone production and is involved in fat metabolism, especially in the liver. It is a precursor to the neurotransmitter Acetylcholine, which is essential for proper nerve transmission and brain function.
INOSITOL

FOLIC ACID

BIOTIN
