Tasty British oats, barley, spelt and wheat flakes layered with a nutritious seed mix make a wholesome breakfast base. It's a fresh take on traditional porridge with interesting grains that add real texture and substance to your day. Our porridge is crammed with wholegrain cereals and seeds, and with no artificial preservatives, flavours, colourings, salt or sugar it's a deliciously wholesome start to the day. The high fibre content helps maintain a healthy digestion. Grains are complex carbohydrates that are rich in fibre and, together with seeds, break down slowly to give you a steady flow of energy throughout the day. Our special seed mix is a rich source of omega fats, essential for a healthy heart, brain and immune system.

The Food Doctor nutritional practice was co-founded in 1999 by Ian Marber, a leading nutritionist and acknowledged expert in his field. Now, some ten years later, The Food Doctor is a unique concept that provides sensible advice for achieving a healthier plan for life. This is achieved through: ‘one to one’ personal consultations with one of The Food Doctor nutritional therapists, led by Ian Marber and The Food Doctor series of books on nutrition and diet. Each in turn addresses how important food and nutritional choices are whilst trying to achieve and then maintain optimum health.
